• Quick Reply from list view: Hover over any subject to see last reply info and respond instantly

• Visual status indicators: Request statuses now have background colors for easier scanning

• Resizable columns: Adjust column widths in request, problem, and change views—settings are remembered

• New columns: "Last Responded By" and "Closed At" timestamp now available

• Better context at a glance: See exactly when requests were closed and who last responded
