Collaborate faster with @mentions in changes

You can now tag teammates directly in a change note to notify them and keep all discussions in one place. Mentioned users receive notifications with full context, including the note content, attachments, and the related change request.

This makes it easier to get input from approvers or subject matter experts, reduce side conversations and keep a clear audit trail tied to every change.
