Set up workspaces that match how each team actually works

Not every team needs every request type. Now when you create a workspace, you can choose exactly which request types to enable — Service requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes — with smart recommendations based on your team type.

• IT workspaces get all four request types recommended by default.
• Non-IT workspaces (HR, Legal, Finance, Facilities) get a lighter setup focused on Service requests and Incidents.

Navigation, views, settings, workflows, and Atom's routing all respond to what's enabled on the workspace.
