Manage audiences with Segments

R
Shared by Riya • December 22, 2025

You can now build segments using attributes or by adding people manually. For example, create a VIP segment for executives who need priority support, or a new joiners segment to deliver onboarding content and guidance during the first few weeks.

What’s new

  • Create segments using attribute-based rules or manual addition
  • Preview exactly which users match before saving a segment
  • Reuse segments consistently across topics, service catalogs, and surveys
  • Distinguish between custom and synced segments (synced from external apps like Okta or Azure AD)

Segments make targeting simpler, more precise, and easier to manage as your organization grows.

Changes

Collaborate faster with @mentions in changes

R
Shared by Riya • December 22, 2025

You can now tag teammates directly in a change note to notify them and keep all discussions in one place. Mentioned users receive notifications with full context, including the note content, attachments, and the related change request.

This makes it easier to get input from approvers or subject matter experts, reduce side conversations and keep a clear audit trail tied to every change.

Assets

Attach files directly to assets

R
Shared by Riya • December 22, 2025

You can now attach files directly to asset records using the new File attribute, making it easy to store and manage supporting documents alongside each asset. For example, you can attach warranty documents, compliance certificates, or setup guides directly to the relevant asset.

Upload, preview, download, or replace files as needed, with all changes clearly tracked in activity logs.

Benchmark Atom's responses with the Test Suite

R
Shared by Riya • December 02, 2025

You can now validate Atom’s answers against a golden dataset of expected responses, helping you maintain accuracy and catch unexpected changes before they reach employees.

What’s new:

  • Establish a clear baseline for how Atom should answer your most important questions
  • Track changes in answer quality as your knowledge, catalogs, or permissions evolve
  • Spot inaccuracies early and fix issues before they impact users
  • Test how Atom responds for different roles or regions to ensure permission-correct answers
  • Maintain long-term reliability with repeatable, scalable evaluations

The Test Suite gives you a consistent, controlled way to ensure Atom remains trustworthy, accurate, and aligned with your organization as it grows.

Introducing agentic access provisioning

R
Shared by Riya • December 02, 2025

Getting the right app access shouldn’t mean long wait times, endless tickets, and approval guesswork — and with Agentic access provisioning, it doesn’t. Atom now handles access requests intelligently from start to finish, giving employees what they need quickly while reducing the manual load on IT.

What's new

  • Admins can define apps — along with entitlements and access rules — from Okta, Azure AD, or added manually, in one place for consistent decisions.
  • Employees can request access conversationally and instantly see what they’re eligible for
  • Atom interprets the request, checks your access policies, handles approvals, and provisions access automatically
  • Every access change — automated or manual — is logged for visibility and compliance

This means faster access for employees, fewer repetitive tasks for IT, and a more consistent, policy-driven approach to governing who gets what.

  • Reduced screen brightness without losing clarity or readability
  • Automatic adaption of all elements for a smooth, distraction-free experience

Dark Mode helps reduce visual fatigue and gives you a clean, modern way to work — especially during long work sessions or late-night support hours.

Smarter, reliable workflows at scale

R
Shared by Riya • December 02, 2025

We’ve introduced some major enhancements to the Workflow Builder that make your workflows smarter, more resilient and easier to manage.

What’s new

  • Continue on error: Choose to keep the workflow running even if a non-essential step fails, so small issues don’t stop the whole process.
  • Retry from failure: If a workflow fails, restart it from the exact step where it broke instead of starting over.
  • Skip subsequent workflows: Prevent workflow chains from running unnecessarily by skipping all downstream workflows when a specific condition is met.
  • Use relationship attributes across actions: Use realtionship attributes in all workflow actions allowing greater flexibility when working with connected records.
  • AI-generated descriptions: We now generate clear descriptions for your triggers, actions, and workflows automatically, so you spend less time documenting and more time building.

These updates help you recover gracefully from errors, avoid unwanted execution paths, and build workflows that reflect real operational complexity.

Understand what's driving conversations with Insights

R
Shared by Riya • November 27, 2025

The Insights report highlights the themes and pattern shaping your users’ needs and the factors influencing Atom’s responses, and team efficiency.

What’s new:

  • See conversations and requests together, grouped by themes, to spot your most common issues quickly
  • Drill down into any theme to see what’s driving workloads and where improvements will have the biggest impact
  • Understand which knowledge and catalog items are helping deflect requests
  • Spot bottlenecks like missing content, rising volume, or slow response areas
  • Identify where Atom and automations can take over repetitive work

Insights gives you a clear story of what’s happening across your workspaces — where friction lives, what’s working well, and what you can improve next.

Shared by Riya • November 27, 2025

Creating personalized emails, notifications, and messages in workflows is now faster and more seamless, with a redesigned placeholder experience that removes repetitive steps.

What’s new:

  • Drag and drop the placeholder picker anywhere in the workflow editor
  • Insert multiple placeholders, including those in nested lists, without closing the picker

No more repetitive clicks — you can create complex workflow messages quickly and configure automations much faster.
